其实口才不是最重要的，因为一流投行偏重研究，所以数学、逻辑很强，金融专业学的很好，反应快。
人际关系是慢慢培养出来的。要想在公司里发展，肯定英语是必不可少的，这种行业至少是研究生才能进，本科想进去实在太难了。

我在证券研究部工作过。
1.经济数据的获得主要通过数据库，比如wind，巨灵，bloomberg，CEIC等，这些都是要付费的。另外一些数据可以从专门网站上查到，比如国家统计局，央行，商务部，农业部等。
2.图表大部分就是通过Excel做出来的，另外也有一些统计软件可以生产图表。
3.写一份研究报告一般有固定的框架的。不同投行研究部的风格和侧重点可能有所不同。一般可以先概述行业情况，然后从国内、国外宏观经济、政策等方面分析其现阶段投资机会，辅之以数据和图表。分析行业内重点上市公司的估值及投资亮点。并指明行业可能出现的风险因素。具体的行业报告可以去网上下载，看一看就知道了。给你个下载研究报告的论坛“海风论坛”。百度之即可。
